2. Paypal payment
I would like to pay with Paypal. How does it work?
At the end of the ordering process you can select the payment method: Bank transfer or Paypal. Please give the system a few seconds to react.

Yes, that's forever. To do this, log into your own Paypal account and send your payment to: paypal@smilasworld.com. Please specify with your order number. (It is NOT a re-booking essential!)

Can I get a specific embroidery pattern for a smaller hoop?
Sorry, but that does not exist. First, not every pattern is to shrink and then it's not even done quickly: the pattern must be reduced, engravings or fillings are adjusted individually, only then it can be converted into the desired format. Then the pattern must be tested as long to embroider it with no problems and has changed the last documentation. Depending on the number of hours to days work. How do I get my embroidery file or my PDF?
You can download the data after payment. If you use Paypal, you download your files right away, if you pay via bank transfer it will take a couple of days. In both cases you will get a notification by email.
